Top Tier Sports is a locally owned and operated Leagues and Tournaments provider in the Pacific Northwest. The four founding members are Arlo Evasick, Derek Bingham, Dustin Minga and Matt Creaser. Between the four of us, we have over 50 years of experience in facilitating youth and high school baseball events. While we understand there are many different nuances for each age division, we also understand that participation in athletics provides different advantages and opportunities to each individual. We all come from different playing and coaching backgrounds that allow us strong perspective and developed meaningful relationships that allow for us to provide the best possible experiences for youth and high school athletes.
Our vision for baseball in the Pacific Northwest is to create an environment where kids can develop on and off the field, build confidence through the game of baseball, develop lifelong friendships and memories and provide opportunities for advancement in the game.

MISSION&VISION
We believe it is our job to provide players, coaches, umpires and parents a positive environment centered around on and off the field development. Our events provide unique nuances at each level of play catered towards this mission. Youth events have a much stronger focus on competitive games, whether that be for experience select teams or entry level developmental teams, our goal is to keep kids enjoying the game and being a part of it as long as possible! High School events also focus on competition, however, we work with a lot of colleges on providing opportunities for players to showcase their abilities at our events in front of coaches.
We understand the importance of winning and and advancing to the next level, whatever that may be, but none of that means anything if you are not developing teamwork, leadership, work ethic, courage, accountability, compassion, humilidty & other life skills that will transcend the game of baseball. We expect coaches to help promote these qualities and assure that everyone’s experience at the ballpark is a positive one that will build lifelong memories!
