This season, we’re bringing back the meaning of a TRUE state championship.
We’re hosting two separate events for these age groups:
Qualified Divisions – To earn your spot, your team must finish 1st or 2nd in any event OR place in the Top 4 at larger events. Teams that qualify will receive an invitation following their event.
Open Divisions – We know this is a huge baseball weekend, and not everyone will qualify. The Open Division is for teams who still want to compete.
We will accept a maximum of 24 teams per age division: 16 Qualified, 8 Open
All 8U–14U teams should expect to play Friday through Sunday in a true double-elimination format starting from Game 1.
Note: For 9U–14U, Qualified Divisions will typically be AAA-level teams, while Open Divisions will feature AA and non-qualified AAA teams. Top Majors teams should plan for the King of the NW event that same weekend.
We’ll also take a maximum of 24 teams per age division, including an exclusive Invite-Only Division featuring the Top 8 teams in each group.
Play will begin Thursday afternoon and run through Sunday evening, with all brackets played in a double-elimination format.
Top Tier Sports is a locally owned and operated Washington baseball Tournaments and League provider. The four founding members are Arlo Evasick, Derek Bingham, Dustin Minga and Matt Creaser. Between the four of us, we have over 50 years of experience in facilitating youth and high school baseball tournaments in Washington. While we understand there are many different nuances for each age division, we also understand that participation in athletics provides different advantages and opportunities to each individual. Our vision for baseball in the Pacific Northwest is to create an environment where kids can develop on and off the field, build confidence through the game of baseball, develop lifelong friendships and memories and provide opportunities for advancement in the game.
The expectations are for coaches, players and parents to represent their programs with respect, display leadership and have class during our baseball tournaments. Participating with Top Tier Baseball is more than just a baseball game, we expect people to have pride in their program. Our staff works hard to provide competitive, quality and organized events. Top Tier Sports is involved with helping players be identified for Northwest Elite Experience Trips as well as the PAC NW Games. We also work with various local charities throughout the year to raise funds for scholarships, underprivileged families, awareness programs and support for high school baseball teams. Some of the local charities we support are: Cam Christian Foundation, Carson Trey Styron Foundation and Widdy’s Work. If your high school would like to host games in exchange for donations please contact us.
